Jeff Warrick

I absolutely adore the Santa Cruz / Monterey Bay area and have lived here the majority of my life. It fits my active, outdoor lifestyle perfectly! I'm an Aptos High School and UC Santa Cruz graduate with a double major in film & video / literature. After ten years working in print and digital media marketing, I launched my own local video production company which produced an assortment of projects including shorts, music videos, live events, commercials and a feature documentary.

I'm also experienced in business development, project management and creative writing. In a nutshell, my background will serve you extremely well when it comes to marketing, negotiating and selling or buying your next home. I have a sincere love for people and building relationships with my clients. I've resided in Santa Cruz County for over 25 years and currently reside in Watsonville with my wife and our two teenage boys, and cannot see myself living anywhere else!
